FUNDRAISING

           Most parent's cringe at the word!

Photography fundraisers are something that  

       everyone will enjoy taking part in!

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1:  Reserve your date!  Contact me to set up a place and time where we will have the "photo shoot".

            Bookings are taken for any day of the week, during the day or in the evening, whichever will work best

            for your organization.

 

 

Step 2:  Start booking time slots!  Allow 20 minutes per family or 10 minutes for individuals.  Have everyone who would like to

             book a time contact one main person to set up their time slot to avoid double booking.

 

Step 3: Phone calls- contact everyone that has booked the night before the date to remind about their booking and also to get     

           them to come 10 minutes early to fill out their contact information and for payment for their appointment. 

 

 

 

And then I take care of the rest!

 

 

As parents/organizers of the fundraiser, you don't have to deal with any of the payments.

 

I handle the payments and contact information on the day of the appointments.  Cash or cheque will be accepted.

 

 

All photos/CD's are delivered to the organization within 2 weeks of the appointment date along with a cheque for the portion earned by the organization.

 

The break down is as follows (based on $80 min / time slot or session)    

 

   The organization may set their own sitting fees to maximize on money raised.

 

      Minimum of 10 sittings. 

 

 

 

   # of sittings                % of sitting fee paid            ($80/family)             ($100/family)

                                back to the organization 

    

      10 - 20                          20%                      = $160 - $320            = $200 - $400

    

      21 - 30                          25%                      = $420 - $600            = $525 - $750

    

      31 - 40                          30%                      = $744 - $960            = $930 - $1200

    

      41                                35%                      = $1148 - $$$            = $1435 - $$$

 

         **40 sittings is only 4 bookings each by 10 people, or only 2 bookings each by 20 people!

        20 people make 2 bookings each, 1 could be their own family and 1 other, and they're done!!

 

    Family sessions include a 11x14 print and a high resolution digital file sent by email to the client so they can have additional  

             photos printed if they would like or they have the freedom to do things like email the photos or for scrapbooking.

 

 

                    This fundraiser earns an incredible amount for your organization while being simple and effective.
